I am Rico Capsa, a dedicated and passionate teacher with experience in guiding learners of all ages to reach their fullest potential. Currently a Teacher II, I specialize in English, Reading, and Literacy Development, and I have also worked on community involvement projects that promote lifelong learning, such as Project REACH, DELTA, LETRA, and RIPPLE. As a tutor, I believe learning goes beyond lessons—it’s about building confidence, developing skills, and inspiring students to discover their strengths. I create a supportive, engaging, and learner-centered environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, think critically, and grow at their own pace.
